Patrick Keeney, AIA, CPHC, LEED AP O+M
Patrick is a Project Manager in Walter P Moore's Washington DC Diagnostics Group. With more than a decade of experience in high-performance buildings, sustainability, and architectural design. He has expertise in building enclosures with extensive experience in building simulations, environmental analyses, and building science.
In addition, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in various market sectors including commercial, education, government, healthcare, mixed-use and retail, and sports. He brings a performance-based decision-making process to each project and concentrates on the design of high-performance buildings, specifically energy-efficient enclosures, low-carbon design, and sustainability. Patrick is a licensed Architect in the District of Columbia, a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), and an active leader within several organizations including the AIA Codes and Standards Committee and the Chicago Building Enclosure Council.
