Legacy 300 Condominium

Located in Santa Maria Golf and Country Club, this 10-story reinforced concrete residential tower provides 16,000 square meters of condominium space and one basement level of parking. Walter P Moore provided the structural engineering design and documentation services for this structure that utilizes post tensioned flat plate for all floors. Lateral loads are resisted by efficient concrete shear walls at the building core.
