Quoc Le

Quoc is a Senior Project Manager in the Diagnostics Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of structural engineering, with expertise focused on seismic design and Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP) with both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods. His analysis and design experience span commercial, residential, industrial, and governmental buildings, including developing work scopes, generating technical specifications, and managing project teams.

Previously, Quoc has also served as director for a Civil/Structural group within a large A/E firm. In addition, Quoc was also President of the Minnesota Structural Engineers Association (MNSEA) and active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
