HR Intern

Responsibilities

Walter P Moore is currently seeking to hire a full-time HR Intern in our Ahmedabad office. 

As the HR Intern, you will:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Actively undertake the initial screening process
  • Understand the job specifications and skills required to perform the job
  • Coordinate and arrange telephonic or face to face interviews
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help organizing training and development initiatives
  • Practice timely follow ups and ensure smooth closure
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations
  • Handle exit formalities
  • Manage leave data and aid employees on issues related to leaves
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s in Human Resources Management
  • 6 to 9 months of internship experience on similar role is a plus
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
