Structural Repair Cost Analyst - Diagnostics

• Providing cost estimating services for the repair and restoration of structures which have experienced failures, damages, or defects within the analyst’s technical expertise at various industrial, residential, and commercial structures.
• Provide cost estimating services for the repair and restoration of structures which have experienced failures, damages, or defects within the analyst’s technical expertise at various industrial, residential, and commercial structures.
• Provide cost estimating services in a variety of geographical locations to a variety of building systems including structural, roofing, waterproofing, and façade elements among others.
• Perform field inspections and necessary site visits.
• Prepare unitary prices analysis.
• Prepare accurate and concise estimates and reports outlining the process of estimate preparation.
• Present cost estimates to clients and provide testimony (depositions) to support the claims resolution process.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
• OPUS or Neodata experience is required.
• Xactimate experience is a plus.
• Experience analyzing costs of structural, building, and enclosure details is required.
• Ability to estimate and budget and to adjust values for various geographies and site conditions.
• Willingness to travel, if needed.
• Technical expertise including Microsoft Suite.
• US Visa is required.
• Bilingual (English speaking) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
