Eladio Guardia, who established a Panama City office in 2011 for global engineering consultancy Walter P Moore, has accepted an appointment by President Juan Carlos Varelato to serve the government as Director of Autoridad de Aseo Urbano y Domiciliario de Panamá, it was announced today by Walter P Moore’s Central American Principal-in-Charge Viral Patel. In this position, Mr. Guardia will oversee the operations of over 2,600 government workers.
