Synopsis
Historic preservation architect Felicia Santiago (Gensler) alongside Jeffrey Kobes (Walter P Moore Engineers) and Travis Sellers (Phoenix1) will present the adaptive re-use and restoration of the 20th-century Dallas County Records Building. Key advantages of repurposing historic buildings will be discussed, as well as insight into overcoming the manifold challenges that arise in the process.
