Linda Porras-Pirtle

Linda is a Senior Project Manager at Walter P Moore's Houston Diagnostics Group. In addition to having more than two decades of experience as a licensed architect, she is a certified building plans examiner and a registered accessibility specialist. She specializes in building condition surveys, building enclosure consulting, building code consulting, and construction litigation expert services in the areas of construction defects, premises liability, and architectural standard of care.
