As Director of Operations and a Managing Principal, Jennifer provides operational leadership for the firm’s Infrastructure Group, guiding financial performance, resource alignment, and strategic execution across regional, national, and international practice areas. She works closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable plans, supporting long-term growth, operational efficiency, and consistent delivery across the practice.
Her technical practice focuses on transportation planning and traffic engineering, with an emphasis on improving mobility, safety, and performance in complex urban environments. Jennifer has led the development of transportation master plans, traffic operations strategies, and multimodal solutions for campuses, corridors, and high-demand roadway networks.
Experience
Jennifer brings extensive expertise in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and traffic operations. Her experience includes traffic engineering studies, signal timing and traffic control planning, intelligent transportation systems, and the design of signing, pavement markings, and channelization improvements. She is also highly experienced in transportation modeling and simulation, using tools such as Synchro and VISSIM to evaluate system performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has held key leadership roles across the firm’s infrastructure practice, helping shape operational strategy and technical alignment across offices. Her work reflects a practical, solutions-oriented approach focused on enhancing mobility and supporting the evolving transportation needs of growing communities.
