As the Managing Director of Parking Services in Walter P Moore's Los Angeles office, Armen works with clients to perform master planning, functional design, design development, feasibility studies, and field observations. He leads the west coast parking team at Walter P Moore and is actively involved in business development initiatives, including strategic partnership development and international client relations.

He has worked on projects across the United States and abroad, including in Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, Kuwait, U.A.E., Turkey, and Italy. Name one problem in the world that you would most like to tackle.
Parking shortages.
What gives you the most satisfaction in your work?
Delivering on my promises and then hearing from the client that I not only delivered, but surpassed expectations.
In a word, what should your co-workers expect of you?
