In this position, the Senior Designer will work with a team of engineers & designer, for design and production of various civil engineering projects, including the following responsibilities:        

• Understand and follow instructions from Supervising engineer for engineering concepts and translate to design drawings.
• Prepare exhibits, preliminary and final site development drawings, and plan & profiles from verbal instructions, notes, and other input material from supervising engineer.
• Use Civil 3D and Civil 3D supported analysis and modeling software to perform design tasks such as road layouts, road grading, roadway drainage and utilities, surface modeling and analysis, creation of alignments, creation of corridors, profiles, sections, and material take-offs for cost opinions.
• Able to apply basic engineering design principles, theories, and practices to complete assignments and help the supervising engineer manage multiple deadlines.
• May act as a technical specialist and advisor to mentor and train graduate engineers, and cad technicians/designers.
• Able to conform to company standards.
• Able to organize and maintain project related information per company’s requirements and standards
• Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, taking ownership to deliver on timelines.
• Manage CAD standards, Civil 3D standards as per different US offices.
• Work with Civil group CAD manager and seniors on integrated projects delivery, CAD review, best practices for road delivery with Civil 3D.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for leading the design and execution of electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems across real estate, Infrastructure and construction projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and a proactive approach to ensure high-quality and timely project deliverables. 

• Lead the design and implementation of electrical and ELV systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards. 

• Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth execution and timely delivery of MEP works. 

• Oversee MEP site coordination and manage project execution from concept development through tendering and GFC (Good for Construction) stages. 

• Conduct site inspections, review material submittals, and approve system commissioning to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards. 

• Provide technical guidance during mock-ups, sample flat preparations, and final handover processes to ensure quality installations. 

• Review and validate contractors’ shop drawings and as-built documentation for accuracy and completeness. 

• Represent the client in MOEF (Ministry of Environment and Forests) meetings and ensure all MOEF and CFO (Chief Fire Officer) submission requirements are met. 

• Promote sustainable MEP solutions and contribute to cost estimation and budgeting efforts. 

• Ensure adherence to electrical and ELV design standards, installation practices, and regulatory codes throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments such as architecture, structural engineering, interiors, liaison, and facilities, as well as external stakeholders including clients, consultants, and vendors. 

Includes managing a small team of engineers and technicians in the Pune/ Bangalore/ Ahmedabad office. In addition this individual would have to coordinate design work being shared by the project managers and engineers from the United States. Technical specialization and personal initiative are pluses. 

• • Experience of working on master planning and design on projects from US and/or projects in India is a must. Having experience in both US and India projects is a plus 
  • Leads in the engineering design of civil engineering scope including site planning, roadway, water, waste water design, and storm water drainage
  • Performs specific engineering studies, engineering calculations, and other design analysis using industry software like Autodesk C3D, Hydraflow, InfoDrainage, StormCAD, WaterGEMS, etc.
  • Exposure to tools like NavisWorks, InfraWorks, etc is a plus 
  • Evaluates the work of technical staff using standard design and production checklists 
  • Manages projects and technicians in the performance of master planning, land/site development projects, public roadways and drainage projects, and related work including technical design, quality control, and project management.
  • Leads in the development of technical documentation, specification, drawings, requisitions, proposals, and presentation to clients
  • Sound technical design background
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D is must and other design software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to assist the team leader in coordinating project schedules, managing resources, QAQC, technical trainings. Supports the team in skills development and mentoring. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Indian design codes & standards is must. Having experience in both US and India projects is a plus

• Perform cost estimates and/or miscellaneous data research.
