Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a full-time or part-time Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources team in our Downtown Houston office. In this position, you will learn about the different aspects of the employee life cycle and work on special projects.

Key Job Duties:

  • Support the HR team with various administrative responsibilities related to immigration, recruiting, and onboarding. 
  • Assist with the organization of HR documentation and employee paperwork.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality on sensitive issues.
