Mobility Master Plan

The University of South Carolina, in partnership with Walter P Moore, developed a Master Mobility Plan to provide a strategic framework for the future of parking and transportation across campus. The plan focuses on optimizing existing parking resources, advancing a reliable and connected transportation network, and improving operational efficiencies.
