Jaime Snyder

Jaime is a Senior Associate in Walter P Moore’s Houston Parking Group. She is the National Lead for the Planning Group, with more than a decade of experience as a parking consultant. Jaime has been involved in multiple disciplines and solved many parking challenges. 

Jaime is a Senior Parking Consultant with extensive experience in parking planning, operations, and mobility strategy. She works with public and private sector clients to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that address parking demand, operational efficiency, and the evolving mobility needs of campuses, healthcare systems, municipalities, and mixed-use developments. Through a collaborative approach, Jaime helps clients evaluate existing conditions, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement practical strategies that enhance the user experience while supporting broader organizational goals.

With more than 25 years of experience in the parking industry, Jaime brings a unique blend of operational and consulting expertise to every project. Having progressed from parking operations leadership into consulting, she understands both the day-to-day realities of managing parking systems and the strategic planning required to support long-term organizational goals. Jaime leads and supports multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of parking and mobility studies, parking demand analyses, operational assessments, technology evaluations, and strategic parking plans for public and private sector clients. Her expertise spans parking technology, access and revenue control systems, curb management, parking enforcement, and stakeholder engagement. Recognizing the needs of diverse stakeholders, Jaime develops practical, data-driven recommendations that are technically sound, easy to implement, and designed to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and the overall performance of parking programs.
