Joining the industry in 1994, Jamila has over 25 years of diverse experience in public infrastructure and private development. In her position as the Director of Water Resources, she utilizes her expertise in water resources, floodplain management, infrastructure policy, and land development. In addition to her technical skills and knowledge, her problem-solving, communication, and project management skills set her apart.

Jamila is a nationally recognized floodplain management expert with a strong commercial site development background including site grading and drainage design.

What inspired you to choose your career path?
I'm a designer at heart. Making plans and solving problems is what I'm all about.
Why did you choose Walter P Moore?
I chose Walter P Moore because of its reputation for innovation and creativity.
If you had to choose a different career, what would it be?
I'd love to really stretch my creativity and be involved in set design for movies or live action plays. It would be an incredible challenge to come up with ways to amaze and inspire audiences.
