Certified with the Institute of Asset Management, Susan specializes in performing business case analysis for infrastructure projects, taking into account the asset investment, short and long term performance, and operation/maintenance demands that will be required by the owner, ensuring that the proposed improvements are in alignment with the owner’s resources. Susan is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Arizona, California, and Nevada.

Experience

Susan has served as an engineering consultant for public entities throughout the central and southern regions of the U.S. for over 20 years. Susan now brings those strong technical capabilities coupled with knowledge and understanding of people and project management to her role as Managing Director of Civil Engineering for the firm’s Austin office.

Engagements

As an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Texas and a City of Austin Water and Wastewater Commissioner and a Member of their Impact Fee Advisory Committee, Susan focuses on the development of State and local policy that impacts the business of Engineering and entities that provide public infrastructure and services.
