As Principal and Senior Business Development Manager, Greg focuses on serving clients and growing the firm across all market sectors and practice areas in Houston. Additionally, he serves as a Regional Aviation Leader for the firm, responsible for achieving business growth, quality, client satisfaction, and project profitability goals and objectives for the Central U.S. Region. Driven by a passion for building strong partnerships and providing an extraordinary client experience, Greg serves as a trusted resource for helping clients find innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

With more than 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, engineering, construction, and corporate communications industries, Greg provides a unique perspective and understanding of collaborative development, design, and construction project delivery.

He is also highly active in numerous industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, CoreNet Global, American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), and Airports Council International (ACI).
