Joshua is a Principal and MEP Forensic Leader in the Diagnostics Group at Walter P Moore, bringing 20 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system design, as well as forensic investigations. His expertise includes leading design teams and serving as engineer of record on large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects across federal government facilities, office buildings, manufacturing plants, and dormitories.
Experience
Joshua specializes in forensic investigations of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and fire protection systems. His experience includes cases involving construction defects, system failures, and freeze-related damage. He regularly serves as an expert witness, providing clear, well-supported technical opinions and testimony. Additionally, he has conducted numerous mechanical system and equipment failure investigations for insurance clients, identifying root causes across automation controls, machinery, turbines, and consumer products.
