Joshua Lange

Joshua is a Principal and MEP Forensic Leader in the Diagnostics Group of Walter P Moore with 21 years of experience specializing in forensic investigations of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and fire protection systems. He has led numerous complex investigations involving construction defects, system failures, and freeze-related damage across healthcare, education, industrial, and government facilities.

Joshua frequently serves as an expert witness, providing technical analysis and testimony on mechanical system performance and failures. His expertise includes evaluating existing systems,
diagnosing root causes, and developing remediation strategies. In addition to his investigative work, Joshua has extensive leadership experience in training project managers and guiding technical resource management and staff development.
