Yogesh leads the firm’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) practice in India, strengthening the integration of MEP services with structural and infrastructure projects. His work spans the full life cycle of building systems, from concept design through operations, with a focus on delivering complex developments across India and the Middle East. He has directed large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, consistently aligning engineering solutions with client objectives, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements.

Experience

With a background in mechanical engineering and finance, Yogesh combines technical depth with business acumen to advance MEP design and execution. His expertise covers HVAC design, fire engineering, energy management, and sustainability, with a proven track record in BIM implementation, MEP design standards, and green building certifications such as IGBC, USGBC, and BREEAM. He excels in resource planning, vendor selection, drawing and submittal reviews, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Yogesh has overseen the planning, design, and execution of high-value developments across Doha, Dubai, and India, providing design leadership and peer review for major developers while navigating approval processes with government authorities. His portfolio reflects both hands-on technical leadership and strategic vision, ensuring efficient project delivery, operational reliability, and long-term sustainability. Holding certifications as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (NFPA–USA), IGBC Accredited Professional, BEE Energy Manager, and CII SWM Professional, Yogesh continues to guide projects and teams with an emphasis on quality, safety, and innovation.
