Walter P Moore’s visionary design expertly meets a variety of needs while seamlessly integrating green space and luxury amenities throughout two iconic towers.

About the project
This mixed-use project boasts two distinct towers with a footprint of more than 1 million square feet. Tower One features 13 floors of Class A commercial office space and Tower Two offers 25 floors of luxury apartments, seven two-story residential lofts with private yards, and seven two-story ground-level town homes.
Above the parking structure, luxury pool deck amenities and green space elevate the tenant experience and enhance the development. The two towers were designed with fundamentally different structural systems yet the Walter P Moore team masterfully ensured that both were seamlessly integrated above multi-level retail space and structured parking.
