About the project

Currently the third tallest skyscraper in Atlanta, the tower structure features the tallest slip-formed concrete core ever constructed in the United States; this achievement and the overall design excellence were recognized when the project received an award from the Consulting Engineers Council of Texas.

Extensive value engineering was performed to arrive at the most appropriate structural system for the granite-clad project. Over 42 alternate structural systems were evaluated for cost and schedule impact before the final system was selected.
