About the Project
This blended marvel of structural integrity and beauty was built with cast-in-place concrete construction, complete with state-of-the-art eight-inch post-tensioned flat plates. Making no compromises on aesthetics, the project includes a three-story conference center podium structure, elegantly framed with structural steel to offer an upscale venue for corporate gatherings and events. To address parking needs, a 10-story precast parking garage and skybridge were seamlessly integrated, serving both the new tower and the existing office building situated on the same property.
Towering 35-stories above the bustling Uptown area, The Post Oak boasts 250 hotel rooms, twenty rental units, and 121,000 square feet of office space. This development is not only an architectural marvel but also a symbol of luxury, sophistication, and urban convenience, set to redefine Houston’s landscape for generations to come.
