Webb is a Senior Project Manager in Walter P Moore’s Diagnostics Group in Orlando. In the business since 1996, he has a portfolio of experience in building enclosure consulting experience related to structural engineering analysis, forensic analysis, building enclosure moisture management, roofing systems, and below-grade waterproofing. As a Registered Roof Observer, Webb is routinely called on to share his extensive knowledge of roofing systems for insurance claims. His extensive experience in Southern Florida has helped foster a deep understanding of how warm weather and saltwater environments affect structures. His enclosure experience spans several market sectors, including clients such as high rise residential and office buildings, hospitality clients, higher education clients, and more.
