Ceri Warnie

Ceri’s has more than twenty years of experience in traffic engineering, traffic planning, engineering analysis and design for a variety of clients. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas as well as a registered Professional Transportation Planner and Traffic Operations Engineer.

His experience with transportation planning, signal warrants, design, timing, synchronization, optimization and integration; traffic impact studies, light rail transit simulation, modeling and analysis, signing, striping, and lighting, and traffic control plans are all aided by his vast knowledge of transportation software. 

Ceri is involved with the National Society of Black Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
