Bill has a deep technical foundation spanning large‑scale mechanical, industrial, and energy systems, my practice focuses on the evaluation, analysis, and failure investigation of complex infrastructure and equipment. His expertise includes HVAC systems and controls, plumbing networks, dry and wet fire sprinkler systems, and municipal sewer and water‑treatment operations. He also works extensively with renewable and alternative energy systems such as bio‑energy, fuel cells, solar arrays, wind turbines, hydroelectric installations, and energy‑recovery facilities with an emphasis on low‑energy design and emissions reduction. His practice further encompasses heavy equipment, grain elevators and silo storage, tunneling and HDD boring, mining conveyors and elevators, as well as a wide range of industrial manufacturing processes including laminating, coating, offset printing, weaving, slitting, sawmill operations, pellet production, CNC machinery, chemical processing, food rendering, and data‑center cooling systems.

Experience

Bill is a Senior Project Manager bringing more than four decades of specialized expertise in technical evaluations, root‑cause analysis, and performance assessments across a wide spectrum of industrial systems. His background includes diagnosing turbine generator and blade failures, resolving fuel‑cell performance and catalyst degradation issues, and investigating hydroelectric bearing stress and thermal breakdowns. Bill also supports clients in complex disputes, providing authoritative expert witness testimony, litigation analysis, and strategic guidance in negotiation, subrogation, mediation, arbitration, and appraisal. His career is defined by meticulous investigative work, clear communication, and a commitment to helping organizations understand system failures, strengthen reliability, and resolve technical challenges with clarity and confidence.
