Gary Nassibian

Gary is a Senior Enclosure Consultant and Director of Roofing Systems in the Diagnostics Group. He specializes in complex roofing, water intrusion damage, below-grade waterproofing, and complex building envelope assemblies, Gary combines technical skills with practical problem-solving to address challenging enclosure issues. He has also negotiated large complex insurance settlements and worked with companies with pre-purchase audits and repair/capital ROM’s.

With more than 25 years of experience in building enclosure systems and waterproofing solutions, Gary delivers durable, high-performance building envelopes for a wide range of public and private sector projects. He has managed hundreds of investigations, design, and construction projects for both public and private sector clients, bringing expertise and precision to each engagement.
