Giap has over 20 years of structural engineering experience in mission-critical and advanced technology, industrial, office building, and commercial projects. He is an expert at managing various complex projects, value engineering, fast-track engineering design, and construction administration. Additionally, Giap is instrumental in the development of work scopes, preparing plan specifications, and construction documentation. He is committed to collaborative relationships with contractors to determine the best solution to issues that may arise during projects.

More than two decades of diversified experience in multidiscipline engineering services for the design of new buildings and structural evaluation and upgrading of existing facilities. Experience includes semiconductor chip manufacturing facilities, data centers, healthcare facilities, and commercial projects.
