Jason is a Senior Engineer based in the Dallas office with extensive experience leading and supporting traffic and transportation engineering projects across Texas, Georgia, and several Midwestern states, including Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota, and Minnesota. His expertise spans traffic operations analysis, modeling and simulation, signal timing design, traffic impact studies, corridor and highway safety analyses, GIS mapping, traffic signal and illumination design, ITS design, and project management.

Jason has over a decade of experience in traffic and transportation engineering across Texas and Iowa. His background includes both traffic operations analysis and PS&E design development, with experience spanning the public and private sectors.
