Keith Gaynor

Keith is a Team Director in Walter P Moore’s Houston Infrastructure group. With 13 years of civil engineering experience, he has managed a wide range of site development projects across the commercial, healthcare, residential, and higher education sectors. Keith is highly skilled in water resources engineering, including master detention planning, detention pond design, and hydrologic and hydraulic H&H studies. He also performs flood protection analyses and develops designs for flood mitigation using both active and passive measures.
