Martin is one of the forensic architects in the Southern United States, having spent nearly a decade analyzing and designing many of the complex commercial assemblies across the nation. His deep expertise in building science, code compliance, and material performance has established him as an expert for litigation support involving multi-million dollar construction defect claims. With a drive to bring clarity to the ‘Standard of Care,’ Martin collaborates with legal professionals to push the envelope of forensic discovery. Through the innovative use of investigative technologies and a refined eye for technical detailing, he ensures that the transition from site observation to expert testimony is seamless, objective, and authoritative.

Martin is a Senior Associate, Senior Project Manager with over a decade of dedicated architectural experience, and a specialized focus on high-performance building envelope systems, including complex façades, integrated waterproofing, and roofing assemblies. Experience encompasses more than $1.1 billion in cumulative construction costs across the education, healthcare, sports, and commercial high-rise sectors. This has allowed vast leverage in technical breadth to provide authoritative analysis of material performance and construction integrity in both the design and forensic phases.
