Practice Areas
Ray is a Principal in Walter P Moore’s Diagnostics Group, where he leads forensic engineering and resiliency efforts for existing facilities. He works with owners, developers, and property managers to evaluate building performance, identify risks, and develop practical strategies to extend asset life. Ray collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that address both immediate issues and long-term resilience, helping clients protect and optimize their investments.

He is also a leader in flood mitigation and resilience planning, supporting facilities in high-risk and hurricane-prone regions. His work includes assessing damage from fire and extreme events, conducting structural due diligence for prospective owners, and guiding clients through complex decisions around repair, replacement, and risk reduction.
