Wayne Hargreaves

Wayne serves as Director of Operations for the Construction Modeling practice, delivering structural steel detailing and construction modeling for healthcare, high-rise commercial, advanced manufacturing, data center, and sports and entertainment projects across the United States. He specializes in leading large, multi-office modeling teams and partnering with engineers, fabricators, and contractors to develop efficient, constructible steel solutions. Leveraging his deep expertise in Tekla Structures and automation, Wayne drives innovation, quality, and consistency while building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results for clients.

Wayne brings more than two decades of experience in structural steel detailing and construction modeling, delivering complex projects throughout the United States and Australia. He has overseen work on major healthcare, commercial, sports and entertainment, data center, industrial, and mining facilities, including the Wilshire Grand Center and Loma Linda University Medical Center Children’s and Adult Hospitals. Leading teams of up to 40 professionals across Brisbane, New Zealand, Manila, Chennai, and Bangkok, Wayne is recognized for implementing collaborative, model-based workflows that streamline coordination and expedite fabrication schedules.
