About the project

Located along Richmond Avenue in the Upper Kirby district, this architecturally distinctive office building creates an “urban campus” feel for Vitol, a Swiss-based, multinational energy and commodity trading company. The office building and podium garage, including ground floor retail and dining amenities, are integral to the adjacent Levy Park and new residential development to create a “Live-Work-Play” atmosphere for occupants, residents, and visitors.

The cast-in-place 7-story concrete structure includes 245,500 SF Class-A office and 24,450 SF retail space built over a 9-level, 824-space podium parking garage. One unique feature of the building incorporates a two-level, column-free trading floor and green roof terraces between the office tower and podium garage.
