About the project

For over 70 years, Virginia Hospital Center has served the region as a valuable health and economic asset, providing excellent healthcare services. As the community and population continues to grow, the Virginia Hospital Center expansion project aims to address the increasing service and space demands facing the hospital.

The new facility includes an ambulatory surgery center, physicians’ offices, and an imaging center, among other public and ambulatory care spaces. The development includes a basement garden level, six elevated floors, and a rooftop mechanical penthouse, adjacent to a new, 2,700 car parking structure.
