Abhishek Bhargava

Abhishek is a Principal and Head of Design at Walter P Moore, Bengaluru, where he also serves as an Office Director. As a chartered engineer, he has over 20 years of experience in designing, modelling, analysing, and detailing reinforced concrete, post-tensioned, and structural steel structures for various market sectors and geographies.

Throughout his career, Abhishek has led projects across diverse market sectors, including residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, and sports facilities. He has collaborated with leading consultants, architects, and contractors worldwide. With expertise in in-situ and post-tensioned concrete, composite steel, and long-span systems, he brings both technical precision and strong communication skills to projects of all sizes. His experience spans structural auditing, retrofitting, and strengthening of factories and buildings. He has contributed to over 80 million sq. ft. of built space globally. Abhishek’s expertise emphasizes seismic design, analytical modeling, and full project life-cycle delivery, including technical audits, quality control, statutory compliance, and MEP/Architectural coordination for integrated delivery. He is passionate about innovation and sustainability, and is committed to advancing the built environment through practical, future-ready solutions.
