Heather is a seasoned professional in civil engineering, specializing in infrastructure projects, educational facilities, healthcare institutions, commercial developments, and park projects.

As a Principal and Team Director since 2001, Heather has led numerous high-profile projects, including the Avenida de las Americas pedestrian plaza, River Oaks District mixed-use development, and Smart Financial Centre entertainment venue.
