Heather Guillen

A Principal and Team Director within Walter P Moore’s Infrastructure Group, Heather has been with the firm since 2001 and is based in the Houston, Texas office. A licensed professional engineer in Texas, Heather is experienced in civil engineering and project management including a variety of infrastructure projects as well as planning and design for educational, institutional, healthcare, commercial, and park projects. Her expertise has been leveraged on several high profile projects including Avenida de las Americas pedestrian plaza outside Houston’s George R. Brown Convention Center, River Oaks District mixed-use development in Houston, and Smart Financial Centre entertainment venue in Sugar Land, Texas.

She is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and currently serves as a board member for the City of Sugar Land (TX) Parks, Art, Recreations, Culture, and Streetscapes Board. Heather is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She credits her interest in civil engineering to both her father and brother who are civil engineers.
