Abhishek Bhargava

As a Principal and Office Design Manager, Abhishek leads projects across various market sectors including retail, commercial, healthcare, and sports facilities, demonstrating expertise in designing, modeling, analyzing, and detailing reinforced concrete, post-tensioned, and structural steel structures, with a particular focus on seismic design and analytical modeling. He has been predominantly involved in the design and detailing of reinforced concrete structures with special emphasis on residential and commercial facility development. In recent years, he has focused largely on post-tensioning and specialized in designing healthcare facilities and tall structures.

With over 19 years of experience, Abhishek has contributed to over 20 million square feet of built space worldwide, showcasing his proficiency in managing projects of different sizes and scopes, and his commitment to delivering excellence throughout the project life cycle, encompassing technical audits, quality control, statutory compliance, and MEP/Architectural coordination for integrated delivery, all while championing innovative and sustainable solutions to enhance the built environment.
