Aditya Potdar

Aditya Potdar is Design Manager for Walter P Moore’s New York office, where he helps lead project delivery and supports the development of emerging engineering talent. He works closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop structural solutions that balance design ambition, constructability, and project performance. Through a combination of technical leadership and collaboration, Aditya helps teams navigate some of the most complex engineering challenges facing modern building projects.

Aditya specializes in the design and delivery of complex structures, with experience spanning sports, entertainment, commercial, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Having contributed to some of the most geometrically challenging projects undertaken by the firm, he is skilled in advanced modeling techniques, structural analysis, and detailed coordination that improve constructability and project efficiency.

His work emphasizes creating elegant, practical solutions that support architectural vision while meeting schedule, budget, and construction requirements. By collaborating closely with both project teams and contractors, Aditya helps ensure that highly complex designs can be executed efficiently and cost-effectively in the field.
