Lee Anne Dixon

Lee Anne Dixon serves as Director of Traffic/ITS/Planning, guiding the practice across the firm and helping clients connect transportation planning with traffic operations, safety, and emerging technologies. Based in Houston, she works with public agencies, private organizations, and multidisciplinary teams to develop mobility solutions that support both immediate transportation needs and long-term community goals. Her collaborative approach helps align stakeholders, prioritize investments, and improve the performance of complex transportation networks.
