Lee Anne has more than 27 years of experience performing traffic impact analyses, focusing her recommendations on solutions that improve safety and mobility. She applies her knowledge of traffic operations software to multimodal centers, airports, downtown urban cores, as well as suburban environments.

Lee Anne specializes in traffic engineering and transportation planning, with a focus on improving traffic flow, enhancing transportation infrastructure, and facilitating collaboration between multiple agencies. She thrives on helping people move efficiently via their mode of choice.


Lee Anne has worked on a diverse range of projects in transportation, roadways, education, public assembly, aviation, and government facilities, Lee Anne find motivation in innovation. Notable projects include the Midtown Bagby Street Reconstruction, Master Planning services for corporate campuses, HISD Traffic Flow for Elementary Schools, and the Westchase Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan.
