Practice Areas

Rashmi is the Group Manager for the Water Resources Group in India. She has extensive experience working on projects in the US, UK, Qatar, Europe, and India. Her roles on these projects have evolved from modeller, project engineer, project manager, and team lead to her current position as Group Manager. In her current role, Rashmi is responsible for managing projects, managing resources, business development and operations for the India Water Resources Engineering Group, covering both US and India locations. Her responsibilities include project delivery, project management, resource management, proposals, budget management, and overall team management. Rashmi’s focus sectors include aviation, real estate, commercial and retail development, industrial development, and public works, including collaborations with non-profit organizations. 

Experience

Rashmi experience encompasses a wide range of projects, including flood risk assessment, flood modelling, rainwater harvesting, sustainable urban drainage, water balance, stormwater network design, grading, cut/fill analysis, flood mitigation, and flood mapping. This work involves 1D and 2D hydraulic modelling, hydrological modelling, GIS mapping, data analysis, and Civil 3D modelling.
