Robert Sayce

Rob Sayce is Managing Director of Walter P Moore’s London office, where he leads local operations, client relationships, and market development. He advises clubs, operators, rights holders, and public authorities on the planning, development, and delivery of sports and live entertainment venues, helping clients evaluate options and align technical decisions with their operational and commercial goals. 

Rob Sayce brings experience across structural design, multidisciplinary coordination, management consultancy, technical advisory, compliance monitoring, procurement, and programme leadership. His work includes new and renovated stadiums, training facilities, live entertainment arenas, and mixed-use venue developments in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Asia, and North America. 

He specialises in connecting the technical requirements of a venue with the strategic considerations that shape its success. His advisory experience includes feasibility and site assessment, business case development, financial viability, commercial benchmarking, technical due diligence, procurement advice, and performance monitoring. By considering design, operations, commercial objectives, and delivery together, Rob Sayce helps clients define viable programmes and manage risk throughout development.
