Since joining the AEC industry in 2000, Stephen has emerged as a key innovator at Walter P Moore, spearheading the development of custom software solutions for complex engineering challenges. As a Computational Design Manager, he is recognized for driving software interoperability across platforms—significantly improving design efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration firm-wide.

With 25 years of experience, Stephen specializes in parametric modeling and interoperability, contributing to projects ranging from themed entertainment and performing arts centers to stadiums, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. By collaborating closely with project teams, he ensures geometry rationalization and other critical design issues are addressed early—streamlining workflows and driving innovative, buildable solutions.
