Boasting oversized floor plates of open office space, beautiful balconies, picturesque lakeside and Downtown views, and top-tier amenities, the campus brings 3,000 jobs and has magnetized additional development around Ladybird Lake.

About the project
This groundbreaking campus leads the charge to develop the Southeast Waterfront to its full potential as a mixed-use urban core. It delivers five levels of office and meeting space plus desirable amenities like dining and fitness to the area. In the lobby, a floating stair and bridge radiate modern elegance as they lead visitors to expansive meeting spaces. One level of parking is situated below, while an adjacent eight-level parking garage stands ready to receive tenants and visitors.
The Walter P Moore team worked closely with the Design-Build team to meet a demanding schedule, while at the same time providing our signature client service to work through intricate design details. Features like cantilevered balconies provide exceptional views of Ladybird Lake and Downtown Austin and made the designer’s vision for a truly unique space come to life. Similarly, our close collaboration with the architect and landscape architect birthed a beautiful outdoor terrace space.
