Rebekah brings over a decade of experience to hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and related design projects. Her project portfolio includes the design of detention basins, channel rehabilitation, and storm sewer improvements and analysis utilizing HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPSTORM, EPASWMM, and ArcGIS. Additionally, she has taken a lead role in FEMA and NRCS grant projects.

Rebekah also serves on the board for the Greater Houston Chapter of TSPE, is a member of the TFMA, and on the State Committee for MATHCOUNTS—a nationwide middle school mathematics competition held around the U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville.

What inspired you to choose your current career path?
A class project involving an interview about how math is used in daily jobs and a visit from a traffic engineer in my 8th grade math class was all it took.
If you had to choose a different career, what would it be?
Curator at an art museum, sommelier, or combination of the two.
