Edwin has spent much of his career serving the community at the local, state, and national levels, and has developed a diverse portfolio of master planning, transportation planning, site development, and civil, traffic, and transportation engineering projects.

Experience

Since joining Walter P Moore in 1977, Edwin has amassed extensive experience in community service at the local, state, and national levels. His expertise includes regional mobility planning, Capital Improvement Plan preparation, funding options, and public hearings and presentations. 

Engagements

Edwin supports the community through broad service to non-profit, community-based and professional organizations including American Council of Engineering Companies, National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and Urban Land Institute.
