Matt Wagner

Matt is a Principal and Managing Director in Walter P Moore’s Chicago Diagnostics Group. With two decades of experience, Matt is a recognized subject-matter expert in forensics with specific expertise with insurance carriers, restoration, failure investigations, and litigation support. He is skilled at assessing and designing repairs for steel, concrete, precast concrete, masonry, and heavy timber in a variety of building types.

In addition, Matt has demonstrated expertise in various market sectors including aviation, condominium, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, entertainment, and sports. He is instrumental in the development of structural concepts, analysis, and design. Matt has performed peer reviews of structural design, constructability reviews of atypical formwork, shoring, developed shoring, demolition sequence plans, and is well versed in the use of BIM and 3D generated cloud data.
