Adam specializes in floodplain management, analysis, and mapping, along with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for both urban and open channel systems. He brings extensive experience in site and master drainage planning, from design through construction. His work spans a diverse range of public infrastructure and private development projects, where he applies his expertise to solve complex stormwater and floodplain challenges.

Experience

Adam serves as Team Director for the Dallas office Water Resources Group, bringing over two decades of experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater project delivery for both municipal and private clients. He leads multidisciplinary teams in the analysis, design, and implementation of site-specific solutions, including drainage master plans, flood mitigation efforts, and FEMA map revisions. 

His background also includes managing dam safety and stormwater compliance programs in accordance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements. Adam is known for his strong regulatory coordination, commitment to quality assurance and control, and dedication to mentoring team members. He consistently focuses on delivering efficient, compliant, and constructible solutions, supported by his proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPStorm, HY-8, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
