Amol is a highly experienced structural engineer with over 24 years of expertise, delivering a wide range of projects across various countries, including India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, Sweden, Norway, the United States, and New Caledonia. His portfolio spans major commercial and residential developments, cultural and civic landmarks, and infrastructure projects, showcasing his ability to lead on both large-scale and complex designs. Amol has also contributed to educational infrastructure and other public sector initiatives in several regions. Throughout his career, Amol has played a key role in a diverse range of projects, from bridges, culverts, and treatment plants to large-scale commercial and residential developments, stadiums, arenas and small-to-medium industrial structures. His extensive international experience spans both design and hands-on collaboration with some of the world’s top contractors, ensuring successful project delivery across various sectors. Amol is highly skilled in working with multiple construction systems and materials, including in-situ concrete, post-tensioned (PT) slabs, composite steel construction, stainless steel, and PTFE fabrics. He is also well-versed in innovative construction techniques, such as VST wall systems, filigree slabs, hollow-core slabs, and aluform formwork systems. Additionally, Amol has specialized expertise in the design of precast elements, including retaining walls and other critical infrastructure components, further showcasing his versatility in modern structural engineering. He also has extensive experience in structural auditing, retrofitting and strengthening works for factories and buildings.
