Brian McElhatten

Managing Director, Structural Engineering, Chicago.

Brian has more than twenty years of experience in all phases of structural design, analysis, and construction. His expertise ranges from aviation, commercial, higher education, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, tall buildings, renovation, retail, convention center, and rail station. He has also led and managed structural work on multiple projects, is responsible for proposal development, and maintains client satisfaction relationships.

Brian is the co-founder and Chair Member of the Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Chicago Chapter, member of the Structural Engineering Association of Illinois (SEAOI) Annual Structures Symposium Committee, member of the American Society of Civil Engineering (ASCE), member of the ASCE SEI National Technical Program Committee for the National Structures Congress, and member of the ASCE SEI Tall Buildings Committee.
