As the Commercial Market Sector Leader, Chris supports the growing Diagnostics practice focused on helping real estate owners and operators in maintaining the quality and safety of their built real estate assets. The Diagnostics team is dedicated to helping owners focus on asset valuation, adaptive reuse, risk mitigation by leveraging the use industry leading technology to evaluate the integrity of all enclosure elements; curtain walls, roofs, foundations.

Chris brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic workplace leader. He has deep expertise across both owner-occupier and consulting environments, known for delivering cross-functional initiatives in organizational change, client engagement, 
and business growth. He has developed and executed enterprise workplace strategies for Fortune 500 clients in finance, energy, technology, and communications. He is an impactful communicator and trusted advisor, Christopher excels at aligning client priorities, technology, and business processes to create desired business outcomes. Chris’ primary focus for the firm includes growing Walter P Moore’s brand visibility through thought leadership and strategic partnerships. His collaborative approach spans HR, IT, Legal, ESG, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure our alignment to client objectives and durable working relationships.
